Fw: Bodacious Chocolate

Bodacious sauce or best hot chocolate ever in five minutes flat  AND NO MICROWAVE Pour one half a cup milk , any kind you like in large saucepan (It makes whisking easier) Heat until it just begins to start to boil  Remove pan from heat  Add one cup of chocolate chips, bits or nips to make sauce .( I love it on pretzels,you?) Or for hot drink one half as many pieces but same amount of milk ( It makes a great dessert serve in espresso cups with a small fresh tangerine on the side) scatter chocolate in the milk pan as evenly as possible Count to ten,french is always fun. whisk slowly but firmly until smooth Sauce can be stored in a mason style jar  to reheat or mix just put jar minus the lid  in warm to hot water  Eat, Drink and be horny because life is what goes by while we are busy making plans Deb
